Services are delivered as per the selected plan or custom agreement. Any additional requests may incur extra charges.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required content to ensure project completion.

Payments must be made as agreed. Refunds are subject to project stage and agreed terms.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding reusable components.

Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the selected service plan.

Webpot is not responsible for third-party tools, hosting, or services used in the project.

Services are provided “as is.” Webpot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
